Kim Kardashian is set to face another legal battle after it emerged that the company Waxing Radiancy sued reality TV stars and entrepreneurs to make a lot of false and misleading statements while promoting company relocations, reports Reuters rival Tria.
According to, it sells No Radiancy! No! hair removal products, Kim has made several claims about the removal of hair during his media Tria's and on Twitter that they claim could not be true. The suit is specifically referring to the appearance on ' The Show ' Wending its Williams, in which 31 years claiming to use the product Tria's "all over her body", even though the product is not safe to use on the face, head, ears, neck and genitals. According to, keeping up with the star Radiancy Kardashians tweeted last December that he had begun using products Tria and "loved the result so far", though he would become a spokesperson for the company just months before his own site-Tria stating that customer is not going to start seeing results for at least 90 days. Twitter in particular is increasingly used as an arena for celebrity support – with some high-profile star tweeting more than 5 million people, advertisers see it as a perfect opportunity to reach a large group of people. More recently, rapper Snoop Dogg is referred to an ad for a car the Toyota Sienna, while Tori Spelling is connected to a car rental site.
The lawsuit is another headache to Kardashian, who is set to start divorce proceedings after splitting with husband Kris Humphries just 72 days after the wedding. Nba star reportedly has hired Minnesota Lawyer Lee Hutton.
